Our products from your local butcher

We are proud to say that we are now the only butchers in the village and now the only butchers in the south east with its own abattoir producing top quality Beef, Pork and Lamb.

Our meat is sourced from local farms and has the highest quality welfare standards as shown by the high welfare scores that are received from abattoir.

We pride ourselves on this welfare and have now focused on trying to reduce our Carbon footprint aswell. The animals come straight from the farm to the shop chiller with no transportation in between, making it the most fresh good quality meat. This also means that the temperature stays the same as there has been no loading and unloading from vehicles like other butchers have. We don’t supply to other butchers so that we can keep the carbon footprint to the bare minimum.
